Chloe Francis is a Boston-based freelance trumpet player active as a performer across orchestras, chamber ensembles, and theaters throughout the region. She has performed with A Far Cry and violinist Midori, as part of Midori's Orchestral Residencies Program (ORP), as well as Cape Symphony, Symphony New Hampshire, Boston Festival Orchestra, Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra, Boston Chamber Symphony, American Repertory Theatre (Gatsby), Cape Ann Symphony, Cambridge Community Choir, and Moonbox Productions, among others. Chloe has performed in notable venues including Symphony Hall (Boston, MA), Jordan Hall (Boston, MA), Garde Arts Center (New London, CT), Shalin Liu Performance Center (Rockport, MA), and Groton Hill Music Center (Groton, MA), and has performed at international competitions and conferences, and worked with recording studios across the region.

Alongside her performing career, Chloe teaches private trumpet lessons to students of all ages. Her teaching philosophy focuses on individualized education, and her style supports diverse learners. Having taught 60+ students, she aims to help students develop a strong understanding of musical concepts while building a solid foundation for a lifelong love of music. In addition to her private studio, Chloe teaches private lessons through All Newton Music School in West Newton, MA, and through Wellesley Public Schools' IVEP after-school lesson program. She has also previously taught private lessons through Greensleeves Music in West Chester, PA, and the Community Music School at West Chester University.

Chloe holds a Master's degree from Boston University, studying with Terry Everson, and a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, studying with Dr. Jean-Christophe Dobrzelewski and Robert Skoniczin.
